Food allergies affect 32 million Americans. Food allergic individuals must avoid their allergens all of the time. Food allergic diets are difficult to maintain when one is food insecure. Our organization is helping ensure that individuals do not need to decide between hunger and health. We are trying to make the world more equitable by providing safe food options for everyone.
